Nordic Propeye and Solfolket have entered a strategic partnership that gives property owners with an internal grid, such as farms, industrial properties and housing associations, new ways to introduce smart solutions for sub-metering and electricity billing. The partnership makes it possible for property owners to offer their tenants more efficient energy management and full control of their energy use.
With the joint solution, property owners can easily invoice their tenants based on their actual electricity consumption, which creates transparency and simplifies the process. The property owner can also charge for administering the local grid.
Smart control of electricity use based on hourly prices lowers the total cost
The new solution lets both property owners and tenants optimise electricity use against hourly prices, and they can easily connect smart devices such as electric cars, heat pumps and inverters that are controlled by the current hourly price. That way they reach further cost savings and future-proof the property with full flexibility.
