How the system works.
Four steps, from a wireless installation to a 3D model you can act on.
Sensors installed
A wireless temperature and humidity sensor is fitted in every apartment. The installation takes about a minute per apartment and has minimal impact on residents.
Data collection
The sensors report every 15 minutes over LoRaWAN. No cabling is run into the apartments.
Visualisation
The readings are gathered in Propeye and presented as a 3D model of the building, where the temperature can be followed per apartment and over time. Humidity readings are available as raw data.
Analysis
You see where it is too warm or too cold, how it varies between the sides of the building and between floors, and how the building responds to the weather.
Integrates with Sweden's major financial property managers
Seeing the heat is the first step towards steering it.
The same sensors and the same platform carry the rest of the property's energy: heating, electricity and water, but also solar panels, batteries, heat pumps and EV charging. Once the picture is clear, the next step is to steer on it, with PropSaver or Comfort heating.

Is it awkward to install in an older building?

Does it affect residents' privacy?
The sensor measures only temperature and humidity in the apartment, nothing else.
