Housing association
For the board that wants to decide with confidence.
A building is one energy system, but it is often sold in separate parts. We bring metering, billing, optimisation and charging together on one platform, so the board gets control, the members a fair cost and the housing association lower, more predictable running costs.
What the board deals with.
Costs are rising, the split feels unfair and every new solution comes from a new supplier. That creates uncertainty, and a risk the board has to answer for to the members.
Where the money is.
Running costs are the sum of several separate costs. These solutions lower them one by one, each with a typical saving and its own page where you can see the worked example. Most housing associations start with the metering and grow into optimisation at their own pace.
Fair metering per apartment. Payback in 1–2 years.
Calculate your savingsShared electricity for the whole housing association, 1,500–3,500 kr lower per apartment per year.
Calculate your savingsOptimises the heating plant without a rebuild and shaves the power peaks across the whole property.

Metering is only the beginning.
We see your property as one coherent energy system and connect everything that uses or stores energy: electricity, water and heat, but also solar panels, batteries, heat pumps and charging.
When the parts are controlled together, we can shave the power peaks and lower the cost for the whole property, not one part at a time.
Meter one part, save a little. Control the whole property, save much more.
Power peaks over a day
The whole property, one supplier.
The market is split: some suppliers do individual metering, others energy, others charging. Nordic Propeye brings the whole property's energy into one system, with one app and one contract.
Integrates with Sweden's major financial property managers
Residents follow their own use.
Everyone sees their own electricity, water and temperature in the app and the web portal, in real time. The monthly invoice is then built on the same figures, so the billing is transparent and easy to stand behind.

Questions boards ask
How much can our housing association save?
It depends on the property, but the effects are measurable: around 30 percent lower hot-water use with IMD Water, 15–25 percent lower electricity costs with IMD Electricity and typically 10–25 percent lower combined electricity and district heating cost with PropSaver. Before you decide, we produce a free savings calculation for your own property, with no obligation.
Do we have to introduce everything at once?
No. Most housing associations start with the metering and add optimisation and charging in the same platform at their own pace. It all sits in the same portal and the same app, on one contract.
What happens with our financial property manager?
You keep your manager. Every month we send the billing data in the format your manager already uses, so the cost lands on the ordinary monthly invoice with no new manual routines. We integrate with most major financial property managers.
What do residents have to do?
Nothing. We handle the installation. Afterwards every household sees its own electricity, water and temperature in the app and the web portal in real time, and the billing is built on the same figures.
Does it work in an older building?
Yes. BRF Furan in Oxelösund was built in 1958, and hot-water use there fell 26 percent in the first year. What matters is the layout of the pipework, not the age of the building.
