Does the system shut the water off automatically?
No. The solution raises an alarm early so you have time to act, but it does not shut the water off by itself. Shutting it off is a manual step.
Where does the cable sit?
The leak detection cable is run at the points of risk, for example around water heaters and heating substations, in plant rooms and along pipe runs.
How does the system raise the alarm?
Today the alarm appears as a notice in the Propeye portal, in the same view as the property's energy solutions.
