The purpose of updates
These are living documents and may be updated over time as technology, industry practice and regulations change. We develop the service continuously, but not in a way that materially impairs its functionality or otherwise materially disadvantages the Customer. We give reasonable notice of material changes.
To ensure quality, security and compliance with changing industry standards, the description may be updated without reducing the benefit of the service to the Customer.

Prices for additional work and materials
The prices stated below apply to additional work and materials provided by the Supplier in accordance with the terms of the applicable Service Agreement. Work is charged according to our price list, and materials are charged at market price with the customary mark-up.
The prices apply only where the work has been ordered or approved in accordance with the Service Agreement.
The price list
- Service technician: 950 kr per hour
- Plumber: 1,050 kr per hour
- Electrician: 1,050 kr per hour
- Travel time: charged according to actual time, maximum 4 h there and back, at the same rate as ordinary working hours.
- Mileage allowance (car): 55 kr per mil (1 mil = 10 km)
- Remote support and system configuration: 850 kr per hour
- Advanced troubleshooting / system analysis: 1,250 kr per hour
- Administration beyond the standard scope (e.g. special reporting, additional documentation): 750 kr per hour
