Reduced heating costs, fewer complaints and better indoor climate
The average temperature in a building can vary widely, and the experience of warmth or cold in a home is highly individual. By measuring temperatures in individual apartments, the overall average temperature can often be lowered to save energy and money.

Eyes in your building
Our wireless temperature sensors provide real-time data on temperatures throughout the building. This enables fact-based heating decisions without the need for external measurements. Property managers or housing association boards can see the actual temperatures in apartments and verify whether the promised indoor climate is being delivered. Technicians no longer need to visit individual apartments to take measurements. You get “eyes” in the building, making it easier to identify and prioritize actions for energy optimization. The result is improved energy efficiency, profitability, and sustainability.
This is how it works
- A temperature sensor works like a regular thermometer but has a built-in radio transmitter that continuously sends temperature data to a central receiver in the building.
- The sensor is small (8 x 8 cm), and our installers can mount it with minimal impact on the wall, placing it where it is most effective. The sensors require no maintenance other than a battery replacement every twelve years.
- Property managers, board members, or landlords can connect to the receiver and view both real-time temperatures and historical data for each apartment.
- Residents can also access their own temperature statistics to ensure everything is working as it should.
